Syko Friend

Syko Friend is the solo vision of Los Angeles-based musician and writer Sophie Weil, crafting a unique brand of electric folk music. Her sound is characterized by roiling, thunderstruck guitar and whispered or howled poetry, creating a sensitizing and heavy live experience. Active since 2012, Weil is also a community lynchpin through her Dove Cove Records.
