Astrachan

Astrachan is the solo project of Chicago-based indie artist Ben Astrachan, a self-taught analog tape enthusiast. He crafts a special blend of starry-eyed lo-fi folk rock, recording directly to tape for a warm, authentic sound. As a frequent collaborator in the Chicago scene, his performances are known for their good-natured charm and multi-instrumental talent.
